The use of any third-party software, scripts, or external tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban.
This zero-tolerance policy also applies to bug abuse, such as accessing unintended areas or manipulating graphics for an edge.
Be aware that teammates of cheaters will also be punished with a minimum 30-day ban.
Report bugs immediately rather than exploiting them to keep the game fair for everyone.

Do not insult other players via text chat or any other applicable communication channel. We want a friendly and comfortable place for everyone on our server(s). Not following this rule will result into temporary or permanent restrictions, in extreme cases bans.

Please note that any deviation from the terms of the Terms of Service (and rules on the servers) may result in a permanent suspension of your account (Ban) and we are not obligated to provide any refunds. Once you have used the Services, no refunds of any kind (partial or full) are permitted..

Frequently Asked Questions

At this time we have different wipe cycles on our servers. Please check the corresponding server info for the current settings.
If our servers setting is Bi-Weekly, the Wipes are at 1st Thursday of the month, then after 2 weeks on Thursday - at 5 weeks months, again after another 2 weeks

If raid times are enabled on the server:
Raid-Times: Mon-Thu: 4pm-11:30pm | Fri: 4pm-2am | Sat: 10am-2am | Sun: 10am-11:30pm

Do not do anything to bypass a ban on our server(s). Do not try to join with a different account if you were banned - sit it out!
Any try to do so will result in additional bans.
You can submit a request via ticket in discord to remove your ban. This will be processed and decided by the admin team.

Our servers are located in a European location.
They are monitored and maintained by experienced admins. We always keep the software used up to date to avoid inconveniences.
Please note that larger patches (especially with forced wipe updates) can always lead to issues with third-party software.

If you have any questions or problems, please contact us via our discord.
Use our ticket system for this and we will try to answer your questions as quickly as possible.
